Investment & Booking Details
To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total contract amount is required. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Your investment includes the estate experience as outlined within your selected package, along with professional on-site support and security coverage.
A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned following your event, provided the property is maintained in accordance with the terms of your agreement. There are no hidden fees. Optional enhancements and upgrades are available to further personalize your experience and are selected entirely at your discretion.
