The Living Areas – The estate features two beautifully appointed living spaces, each furnished with plush sectional sofas and 75” Samsung Smart TVs. These inviting spaces seamlessly blend classic design elements with modern convenience, making them the perfect places to unwind, entertain, or simply spend quality time with loved ones.

Formal Dining Room – With a majestic chandelier and a table for up to eight, this elegant dining room is the perfect spot to enjoy a gourmet meal.

The Kitchen – The heart of the estate, this chef’s kitchen is a bright and welcoming space with marble countertops and timeless design touches. Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glasses, you will find everything you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas stove, and double ovens. A Keurig coffee machine and griddle are just a few additional pieces that make this house feel like home. Whether you’re prepping breakfast for the family or hosting a private chef, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.

The Entertainment Room – Furnished with a billiards table, card tables, a 75” Samsung Smart TV, a bar, a selection of games, a gaming console, and more card tables, fun awaits you here!

The Grand Master Suite: Designed with both comfort and elegance in mind. It features a plush king-size bed, a private sitting room, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Soft linens, blackout curtains, and spa-inspired finishes create a restful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a celebration or preparing for your big day. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a separate water closet—ideal for wedding day preparations or quiet moments of self-care.

The Additional Bedrooms – The main residence at Saint Patrick Palace offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families, wedding parties, and groups with style and ease. Altogether, the home includes three king beds and two queen beds, each dressed in crisp white linens and light comforters. Smart alarm clocks add a touch of convenience for every guest. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom, making them perfect for families or close friends. The remaining upstairs bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy. For additional convenience, a full guest bathroom is located downstairs near the living room, ideal for shared spaces and event guests.

Outdoor – A large travertine courtyard with a heated pool, surrounded by palm trees and privacy hedges. The travertine terrace, bistro lighting, and covered veranda create an unforgettable outdoor space for both celebration and relaxation. Optional event décor and enhancements (like chandeliers, tents, and lounge furniture) can be arranged for approved gatherings.

Laundry Room – The estate comes equipped with two washers/dryers, an iron, and an ironing board for guests’ use. Please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

Guest Cottage – A retreat within a retreat, this separate home features one upstairs bedroom with a king bed, a downstairs living space with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. It also has a private balcony and porch, where you can enjoy the South Florida sunsets. The cottage is typically reserved for the groom and groomsmen, offering privacy and convenience during wedding celebrations.

Garage & Parking – An air-conditioned three-car garage and long private driveway provide ample parking for your group and any visiting vendors or guests.

Please Note: All events must be pre-approved and coordinated in advance. Saint Patrick Palace is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring complete privacy and a tailored experience from check-in to celebration.

House Rules

– Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 10 AM.
– The late check-out fee is $300.
– Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150).
– No commercial Photography/Video filming or publication without written consent of the owner.
– No lost and found.
– We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy with a $250 smoking fee.
– Minimum age for booking is 25.
